General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Ovation Jewelry

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations applicable to the online sale of products offered by Ovation Bijoux on its website www.ovation-bijoux.com

(hereinafter https://ovation-bijoux.com).

Any order placed on the Site implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The jewelry offered for sale is described and presented as accurately as possible. Each piece of jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity and is hallmarked according to current standards. However, the photographs are not contractual.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.

Ovation Bijoux reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The customer validates their order after completing the order form and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

The order is considered firm and final after payment confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or any other secure method made available on the Site.

Transactions are processed by secure payment providers.

6. Delivery

Areas served: Metropolitan France, French Overseas Departments and Territories, Europe, Switzerland, Benelux, United States.

Production time: Jewelry creation takes an average of 6 to 8 business days. Once shipped, the order is delivered within 48 hours in Metropolitan France and Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the type of jewelry.

Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Free shipping on orders over €100.

Each order is carefully packaged in a protective case and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Non-personalized jewelry (18-karat gold plated, 925 silver): the customer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom jewelry and solid gold jewelry: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications. Therefore, these pieces of jewelry cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

8. Warranty

All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year against plating defects and manufacturing anomalies.

The resizing service is offered at a price of €20 including VAT + shipping costs.

A gilding service is available on request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).

10. Responsibility

Ovation Bijoux cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse or improper maintenance of the jewelry by the customer.

Ovation Bijoux's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Personal data

The information collected during the ordering process is necessary for managing and processing purchases. It is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR). The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to contact@ovation-bijoux.com.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
