FAQ

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to mainland France, the French overseas departments and territories, the Benelux countries, Europe, and the United States. Delivery times vary between 48 hours and 1 week depending on the region.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we prepare it the same day (except in exceptional circumstances), then ship it within 5 to 7 business days (depending on the jewelry). As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Who will manufacture my order?

All our orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in Perpignan. Regardless of the price of the piece, it is delivered in its Ovation Bijoux storage box, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and a microfiber pouch for cleaning.

Where do Ovation jewels come from?

All Ovation jewelry is sourced in France. Part of our collections is made directly in our workshops in Perpignan, while another part is sourced in Paris and Mende. These suppliers source their materials from all over the world, but primarily from Europe.

How do I change my delivery address after confirming my order?

My order status says "Out for shipment" but I still haven't received anything. What does that mean?

When the order status shows "Out for Shipment," it means a shipping label has been generated. Your package is then ready to go. This can take 1 or 2 days from the label creation date. The package may be dropped off at the post office the same day or the next. Please note that if the package is dropped off at the post office on Saturday after noon, it will not be shipped until Monday.

Are Ovation jewels under warranty?

Yes, they come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers plating defects or manufacturing flaws free of charge.

Is Alma payment secure?

Absolutely. Alma payment is completely secure and offers the option to pay in installments for purchases over €50.

I would like to personalize my jewelry with a custom design. How do I do that?

On the product page, there's a customization section where you can insert a PNG or JPEG file. For example, if you see a royalty-free design on Google and want to have it engraved, take a screenshot, convert the file to JPEG, and insert it into the customization section for your jewelry.

If you'd like to have a drawing by your child engraved, for example, simply scan it and insert it into the designated personalization area. It's that easy :)

I don't know my finger size. What should I do?

I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?

Ovation Bijoux offers resizing for €30 (VAT included). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like resizing, please contact our customer service department at contact@ovation-bijoux.com

A secure package

All jewelry is carefully placed in its protective case and accompanied by a velvet pouch for cleaning. Our cases are durable and branded to withstand the test of time and protect your treasures. Your package will include a certificate of authenticity and a certified hallmark. Each package is carefully hand-delivered to the postal worker and accompanied by a tracking number sent by email so you can follow your package during its journey. Delivery time is 48 hours within Metropolitan France and Europe.

Returns

For all non-personalized jewelry in 18-karat gold plating or 925 sterling silver, the standard right of withdrawal applies. If you wish to exchange or return the jewelry, this is perfectly possible. These returns will be handled by the Ovation Bijoux team, at our expense. A return label will be emailed to you, ready to be affixed to your package. It couldn't be simpler!

For personalized or solid gold jewelry, the right of withdrawal does not apply in case of a change of mind. Indeed, each personalized piece of jewelry cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

All our jewelry is hallmarked, comes with a certificate of authenticity and a 1-year warranty.

For all jewelry, resizing is free.

It is absolutely possible to have your jewelry re-plated for free! To do so, send us an email to contact@ovation-bijoux.com. Include several photos of the piece of jewelry in question, as well as a description (purchase date, order number, context).

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer: Return shipping + Shipping after resizing or re-gilding upon request (not because the jewelry has accidentally oxidized). These costs will be equal to the amount of the previously selected shipping fees. If you chose Colissimo Pickup Point and wish to have the item resized, your package will be reshipped via Colissimo Pickup Point.
