Delivery

We deliver your jewelry to Metropolitan France, Europe, Switzerland, and internationally (French Overseas Departments and Territories, United States, Benelux).

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be specified at the time of ordering. In Metropolitan France and Europe, shipping takes an average of 48 hours once your jewelry is ready. The creation time is generally 6 to 8 business days , as each piece of our jewelry is carefully crafted by our artisans.

Each piece is placed in its protective case, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. While the packaging may change with each new collection, your jewelry will always arrive ready to be gifted.

Free delivery is offered for orders over €50 .

Returns & Exchanges

Non-personalized jewelry (18-karat gold plated or 925 sterling silver): you benefit from the standard right of withdrawal. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange or refund is possible.

Personalized or solid gold jewelry: these unique creations, made especially for you, cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
